I was able to install Skingen, but Headshot is giving me an error.

Try closing down and re-launching the Hub? If you purchased CC5 you should see it available to install along with all the add-ons. (see below)
mine returns an error:
Dear Valued Customer,
We are unable to confirm your qualification for the CC5 Prelaunch Offer based on our current records.
If your order history includes a redemption voucher for both Character Creator 5 and ActorMIXER PRO, please contact Reallusion Customer Support for further assistance."
If you are sure you qualified for a free copy of CC5, then I would give it a little while and then try again. It’s taking a little while for everything to come up to speed.
However, if the problem continues, please contact Customer Support who will help you resolve the problem.
my birthday is also in august, how do you get this coupon? i haven’t received anything in the newsletter
I finally got 5.0 to appear on my Hub a few minutes ago, but every time I try to buy or activate, it opens a website to buy CC4.
I got CC5 as part of the iClone8 deal, but I have no idea where my activation code is or if I need to do something special.
Hopefully, it’s just rollout issues.

Please see the instructions I posted earlier in this thread for redeeming your free copy of CC5. You shouldn’t need to manually activate CC5.
I just saw character creator 5 in my Reallusion hub, however it says trial. I am confused because I used the promo period to catch in as one of the early birds. What am I supposed to do? @Pete_RL
no no they really change the store link to CC4 purchase … i got the name on my billing info " purchase CC4 28/08/2025

@Pete_RL! You guys are KILLING me! Got it installed, got the updated content installed, then had to sync my directories, so I didn’t even get to play with it before I had to take Kiddo to martial arts. 
Hopefully I’ll get some time after dinner. 
now i just wait my refound i dont think i wil lre try buy it after , i just saw your video for CC5 release now and … where are the change between CC4 and CC5 ? visualy it’s the same, i make nice characters with CC4 and the character you show in this video are ugly just my opignion or maybe too realistic and realistic seems ugly for me i will wait users videos before re-try to buy CC5 for moment the visuals are not upgrade for me .
Need to make sure your bday is registered in your account info and are subscribed to receive emails. Hope this helps. Keep in mind, the coupon isn’t for the upgrade price. Still, it knocked it down 50$ below the upgrade price so I was happy.

My birthday is August 5th and its the first time since 2021 I have not got one. Weak.
My birthday is in 2 days and I just found out there’s discounts lol. You have to register your birthday in your account, I just did that.
Yeah. It shocked me too! They tried to trick me with a 10% one they sent a week after. 
Apologies for the issue installing Headshot 2 for CC5. It is being investigated urgently and should be fixed soon.
