You’ve got a special version of the hub or something? I don’t see what you see lol. CC5 doesn’t even show up for me at all.

Unless i’m very much mistaken, i should get mine as a free upgrade. i hope it’s better than cs4 which is buggy

did you guys receive an email with the activation procedure ? I didnt receive anything :confused:

Odd, My hub shows CC5 but if I click to purchase it shows only CC4.

I haven’t received an email. I can select CC5 in the Hub now, but it isn’t recognizing my purchase and prompts me to download the trial. I opened a ticket.

I had missed that what @amckenzie downloaded was the trial version. I’m sure they’re still rolling it out.

I’m sure I’ll receive my activation email before too long. They can only send so many emails at once without getting shutdown for spamming. I’m excited to check out the new features.

Haven’t received an email have just installed as a trial. I’m presuming there’s probably a couple of platforms that need to sync ie vouchers, networking etc. Just installing the content now to have a look at the demo files.

i buy it but in order history it show me CC4 purchase maybe a bug i can donwload an installer .exe but all in CC4

If you go to your past order you can now click on the voucher and redeem it.

i had click on the CC5 purchase in the HUB and i buy it it’s really CC4 their store buy link are buGGEed SERIOUS !! refound me and give me back my - 40 % coupon !

So, Headshot2, Zbrush Face Tools and Skingen Premium (not available even yet) have to be bought again?
It was stated they are compatible with CC5, not that you have to buy them again?
Or is it just a temporary problem?

i think it’s temporary i’m waiting my refound the link to buy CC5 in fact was to buy CC4… i think when they refound me i will not buy CC5 and just stay on CC4

I’m getting the same thing. It let me install the trial, but there’s no sign of the upgrade voucher I earned back in April. I’m sure they’ll work it out. Just a bit worrying at the moment.
