I struggled and complained about this as well, but getting used to slowly. On the phone click on a posts count at the bottom when you open a thread to get the same scroller on the right as we have it here by default…
Still I prefer paging.
Yes I get the scroll bar, but the endless scrolling is slowwwww to respond on iPhone 16 pro max at least. Same with iPhone 14 Pro Max I just tested. And the “reply” button takes a long time to respond if the thread is long. They need to bring pages back asap
Why wouldn’t it work? It’s working perfectly for me so far. It even imports very quickly into Unreal.

Anyone having issues with texture not loading properly when reopening a project and then manually click on every textures to make it work ? This is happening after I switch to 5.5, here is a screenshot below and the character is from CC4 with auto setup applied.
I’m finding I don’t browse the forum much anymore, because it isn’t very responsive on desktop or iphone. Anyone else find that?
Anyway, if anyone is looking at making Unreal characters, I’ve done a new video about how to make CC0-licensed ones. I’m going to try to incorporate iClone animation on them when I get a chance!
Is 5.5 broken on facial expression ? I am having this weird jaw bug in UE after importing the model inside UE
Bass have you tried exporting an FBX from character creator, then importing it into a UE5.5.3 project (with the latest auto setup installed)?
It’s all messed up, it seems. I’ve also tried to follow the ‘updated workflow’ (which says to first import the character without animation, then import animation later):
But its same result. The character’s skin is sort of bright pink in the skeletal meshwindow. Then it looks ok in the scene, but if you add facial animation, there are weird white splotches across the face.
I’ve replicated this, so it’s definitely a bug. Weird. Seems to only happen once you add a morph (using the morph editor) in character creator, then you export that character as an FBX, then import into unreal 5.5.1
No problem here with the latest update, do you have a screenshot to see what is happening ?

I think I must be doing something wrong. It’s specifically happening only when i:
- use neutral base
- Add new full body morph
- Add a “emote” motion so the face is animated
- Export FBX
- Import into unreal (with 5.5 auto setup)
- create a sequence and add the animation
I make a video of what I’m seeing when I can

For this post, it took about a second or less for the reply box to open including the quote above already pasted in. Fast enough for me.
