Could you send me the file via private message? We need to understand why your character cannot use Control Rig, especially if it has gone through Blender. As far as I know, this process can sometimes cause issues, but we need to confirm the exact cause first before we can start considering how to resolve it.

Are you also having Unreal 5.7 crash on you while trying to import CC5 characters? The same exact character files import without any problems in Unreal 5.6.
For 5.7 it starts to import the fbx and then just crashes Unreal

Can’t move iclone_origin after add to UE 5.7 Map
After auto setup, I got two skeleton meshes with whole body meshes. But one body and one face are expected.
In UE5.6, hiding material is not work in Construction Blueprint if I use the metahuman in game for realtime, I need to copy the nodes to the Event Blueprint, connect to the Event BeginPlay node.

I kept getting packaging errors with the FaceRig so I have to disable it and delete it entirely every time I add a new character to UE 5.5.
