  • An issue where Unreal Editor would constantly crash when attempting to import FBX using the AutoSetup. The following crash log was generated:
    Assertion failed: MipView.GammaSpace == LayerData.SourceGammaSpace

  • Applying different motion sources to the head and body in Sequencer (e.g., head from MetaHuman Animator and body from iClone LiveLink) no longer causes the head and body to appear disconnected.

I getting this error as soon i update the ue auto setup 1.41

this utility came in version 1.40 also but fail to compile in ue 5.5

Could you please remove the old Auto Setup and reinstall it?

I did i erase in plugins Auto Setup1.40 and cc_shaders from content and copied the 1.41 plugin and new cc_shaders. The artist send me 2 new cc5 character and when i compile the project in ue5.5 i get that error.

After multiple attempts, we were not able to reproduce this issue.
Could you please provide us with the UE log messages and the Build Project options you used?

I’m having the exact same issue and can’t package a project because of this. Has anyone here solved this or the issue was shelved?

I tried to compile CR_FaceExpRig.Rig and dived in the nodes but it didn’t solve the problem.

After several testing, i try to use A-Pose for UEFN, and go back to A-Pose for UE4 Skeleton cause project use GASP but that didnt work i see there two errors

After testing; several times and no anwser for RL you get the same error in version of unreal 5.6: also if you use GASP (Game Animation Sample) from UE 5.6 you get the same error still doesnt work- The autosetup is useless with UE 5.5 and 5.6 and the problem is the ControlRig of CR_FaceExpRig this one will never work in any project base with GASP; so if you plan to use UESN forget it.

I find a workaround for UE 5.5 with CC 5.0 erase 1.41 and CC_Shaders and use 1.38 RL Plugin and CC_Shaders for that version UE 5.5, also in your CC5 Character import in UE 5.5 erase Wrinkles Blueprint that the one of the problem, will not affect even your animations.

I’m facing peculiar problem as every time I restart my UE 5.6, Autosetup mode revert back to Standard though I once set it in HQ shader. I have to set again in HQ shader for whole session in UE and again when I restarted shader quality back to Standard shader. It was not happening in my previous auto setup 1.39 but it is happening in 1.41 version.
