Purchase from Marketplace not in content manager

Last week I purchased 6 items from the marketplace. Two of them showed up in my newly purchased tab, 4 of them did not. I did a refresh and a search of content but they did not show up anyplace else either. Any help would be appreciated.

I took a look at that thread before I posted but it did not work for me. It’s been over a week and I still have not been able to access 4 items I purchased from the marketplace. If I can not access this content would it be possible to get the points I spent on them refunded so I can purchase something else?
