Purchase from Market Place not appearing in Content Manager [FIXED]

I purchased an item from the Market Place and it is not appearing in my Smart Content Manager under New Purchases, even after doing a Refresh. Earlier I was also unable to see a Trial Download.

It must be something new because everything was fine a few days ago.

Did the missing content finally appear or are you still unable to find it?

It’s always worth running a search in Content Manager when this happens, because sometimes content from in the Marketplace may not appear where you would expect it to appear.

I contacted Support and was advised to try searching under Items. That was the solution because it was not a Pack that I purchased. One always learns!

Great to hear you were able to find the content eventually. When you have a large library of content, searching for items can save a lot of frustration.
