The live link from Iclone 8 to Omniverse is not working for me. It is always displayed that the link is not compatible with the current version of Iclone. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. The problem persists.

Furthermore, I am not able to install the plugin in CC4. During the installation process, I am informed that I already have the full version of the plugin. I am asked whether I still want to carry out the installation. Here I can only select ‘ok’. If I do this, the installation is cancelled.

Please first ensure that you have iClone 8 and CC4 updated to their latest versions which are 8.52 and 4.52.
