It seems that you have already upgraded iClone to version 8.6 or the latest release. In this case, you may kindly disregard the iClone 854 Enu_Full_Patch.exe.
Instead, please navigate to the Disk1 folder and run setup.exe in order to upgrade AI Render to the latest version.
