Actor Mixer Pro DRM Problem

Using actor mixer pro I created a new wheel with 4 of my own CC5 characters, with it I created a new character from a base. Soon I started getting the message

What going on with that? I’m lost.

I wasn’t aware you could create your own presets for Actor Mixer Pro yet. It would be great if you could.

Try clicking Help > Activate Purchased Items in CC5. This should eliminate DRM errors for any purchased content. Of course, do also make sure that trial content is not being used with ActorMIxer.

Thanks for your words. But that didn’t help. First, I had no DRM problems with the character in the original projects. All those parts, where extracted from the original character file by the Actor Mixer’s Make Actor Asset function. Looks to me like the parts were extracted but not the DRM for each.

To test my conclusion, I made a new mixer character when the extracted parts where not in the wheel, only the complete character. works perfect and no missing DRM complaint window.

If the issue is urgent then I would recommend contacting Technical Support who may be able to help you resolve the issue.

If the issue isn’t urgent, then please can you report it in the Feedback Tracker and the dev team will take a look to see what the problem is.
