AccuRIG updated today when I opened it and now the UVs get deleted on every model I import. multiple meshes or single meshes, multiple materials or single materials - it doesn’t matter. The UVs always get deleted.
AccuRIG is generally one of my last steps, well after the model is made, the UVs and materials are completed then combined, and the meshes are joined. Generally the only step that comes after is putting the model back in Blender to fix up any problems with the automatic weight painting. Having my UVs deleted is a major setback and makes the program basically unusable. I had to resort to using Mixamo instead this morning.

I am facing the same issue. Banging my head for last two days.
Which format are you using (OBJ or FBX).
If you are using OBJ then you will normally have an .MTL file with the OBJ. The MTL file tells the software opening the OBJ where to find the textures. If this is different from where the textures are actually stored, then they won’t be found by AccuRig.
The MTL file can be opened in Notepad so take a look and correct any errors. Normally having the textures in the same folder as the OBJ itself works best.
I am using FBX and also copying textures and unpacking them first in blender so all the textures are in the same folder.
This program has never worked properly with me, it sometimes doesnt show the loaded char, sometimes it doesnt load an fbx at all , also very often it doesnt even showing the textures only a white blank char
What is texture images format? It should not by anything other than JPG or PNG.
Otherwise texture images better be embedded.
