wrinkles not loading

I am finding this software complicated and confusing.

I can’t get the realistic human skin and wrinkles to load as each time it says ‘failed to load’ and please check the textures exist.

I am presuming a double click downloads them to a folder and then double clicking again should load them from that folder to the appearance tab of the modify panel.

Why is this happening if the files are downloaded? where are they? Surely this is a bug which needs resolving
