Thank you for the kind replies. I didn’t recognise Blender - I downloaded it years ago but never got round to learning it. At the weekend though I bought an XP pen drawing display (15.6 Pro V2) and have it set up with a new mini pc I bought earlier. I am absolutely delighted with how the drawing pen feels and I don’t even need a monitor. It is all coming together for me with the purchase of Clip Studio Paint. Your concept drawing shows that you also practice digital art and suggests a direction forward for me.
