This is a concept art that i drew, The concept is base off on Water Ghost.
A Eighteen-year-old Cambodian village girl drowned as a sacrifice to the ARAK after she defied the ritual. The ARAK refused her death and remade her: pale waterlogged skin, fish scales spreading across her body, milky eyes that glow in moonlight. She wears the torn cotton clothes she died in, a frayed red protective bracelet that became a curse-binding.
