some quick progress shots so far - typical military character, hopefully he will be fighting something later:
the uniform and gear are NOT by me, i only converted them into CC clothing items.

It seems you have the normals green channel flipped in your uniform and gear.
i just looked and you are correct, good spotting and thank you!
