When i saw this CC5 Prelaunch Offer: Get Character Creator 5 for Free
i immediately knew, all IC852/CC452 bugs will never be fixed. Tell me that i am wrong .
As soon as a new full version is released there is no chance of any resources being allocated to previous versions. This isn’t a practice that is in any way unique to Reallusion, it happens with any software.
Not shure if iI would never ever report a bug to anyone again .
Those HD faces look good but if they want to lure Daz users away from genesis they better have a new joint corrective morphs for the limbs as well
Hi K_Digital
There are several years between new version releases and during CC4’s time it has had 5 major updates and many, many more smaller updates. These updates have fixed hundreds of bugs, most of which were reported by users like yourself using the Feedback Tracker.
While I understand it is frustrating that some bugs that were reported for CC4 may not be fixed, it is still beneficial for everyone to continue reporting bugs.
EDIT:
Got message from support, which gives me some hope for my beloved CC4.
…
Thank you for contacting Reallusion.
We do intend to work to fix bugs. So please do report them in the Feedback Tracker. We do have new versions coming soon that will include bug fixes. I cannot disclose information on them yet though. CC5 is not due until this summer sometime.
Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.
Best Regards
I agree. How close have close-ups to be until they decide it’s enough and finally give us a solution for those glaring distortions that are visible from 10 meters away? For me it’s “no joint controlled morphs - no buy” this time.
