Check the RL Hub. It should be there.
If you are eligible for a free CC5, you need to search under Order History in your user account for “Character Creator 5”.
Click the “i” button in the entry for CC5 and a pop-up will appear. Click the “here” link and that will provide information on how to redeem CC5 and the bonuses.
