Where are the 4000+ Free motions? I only have 32.

Apologies for the wording of that message being a little bit confusing.
It means you can retarget your uploaded character in ActorCore with 4000 motion clips (purchasable) + FREE motions (Currently 32 are available for free).
To avoid further confusion, I will pass this to the ActorCore team who can hopefully make that message clearer.
