I have been having issues with cta 5 for weeks now? I’ve deleted it and the hub, and then reinstalled everything, still acting strange. I load in a background and then a character, but can’t get the character to come forward? Anyone know what’s going on?

Sorry to hear you are having problems with CTA5.
Normally you would move your character forward (or backward) by holding your left mouse button on the icon shown in red below, then drag.
Alternatively, you can click on the 3D View button on the top toolbar and then drag your character forward along the z-axis.
Do either of these methods work for you? If not, what happens when you try?
