The history (old posts) will be ported to the new forum?
I wish they would, but that’s not happening I believe.
They would just probably disallow to post at the old forum and preserve it as an archive.
As the matter of fact I wonder why is it still active.
P.S. I still like the old forum format better despite…

Links and thumbnails take time to setup. Reallusion could at least provide a breakout window and small text “See what I create” next to their name so if the cursor hovers over it, a window with many store contents of the developer can be seen in a professional way.
The old forum will stay open until the 2nd December. Then it will become a read-only archive.

Are you suggesting adding a new category for other topics like AI, besides the General category? If so, we’ll definitely consider it.

Thanks you for considering this. A General category will already be good, but I think that the importance of AI warrants a separate category. There should probably some guidelines of what could be discussed as AI is endless.
I appreciate the effort, but in my eyes this was a waste of time. RL should rather fix bugs instead of getting into new things. I really wonder why so many bugs never get fixed, just look at that feedback tracker, RL instead carries on the bugs into new releases instead of fixing them. Why that ? At least there should be a place where users can follow the current state of bugs. We never exacly know wherether a bug is fixed or not. BTW: where are the IC/CC/CTA Bug Discussions gone ? For me the old forum was good enough for the purpose of a forum. It took me days to finally “fix” my browser to use the new forum. 
Please create some reward system for those who are trying to give you best ideas.

People were complaining about the old forum, so it’s hard to please everybody. Also, it will not be the software developers spending time changing to a new forum.

Can I make a suggestion?
Is it possible to remove Forum Category, tags and leave only the thread title in the threads list?
Reasons for:
- I am not sure about you guys, but this format gives me eyes strain scrolling/reading through the list.
- Saving space making it more compact.
- Having last Category under the title does not make sense most of the times. Like “General” is the category for iClone, Character Creator, Cartoon Animator …etc. Having it there does not tell me anything about the thread content anyway.
IMO old forum looked much “cleaner” in this regard…

Some of the advanced search options are basically useless, while essential options like search for “exact phrase” and “all words” are omitted.
There are no long threads at the forum yet, but I suspect not having paging for a thread is really bad idea… Maybe I get used to scroller on the right one day

I was assuming that ( just look at “active” ) so many bugs, example: Iclone 8 counts 428 active reports reaching back to 2022, have never been fixed. Though, thank you for giving this indeed very useful hint !
On second sight i quite like the new forum. Dark Mode makes it look much better, beeing able to change the Topic is great. Just havent found a “delete Thread” button yet.

I’ve mentioned this before “to add the forum, marketplace, the website overall as feedback tracker categories” The old forum is more functional, I agree this new one is an eye strain unfortunately. I can’t stay here for long. I’m also constantly getting server errors, I have to keep pressing retry several times to get the post sent.
It may have been best to ask the members what should stay and what should go and what we could use to benefit each other (Reallusion & Members)
