Weights change after saving asset and reapplying

Step by step process.

  • Import Fbx as Prop

  • Force to 60fps

  • Pick parent, assign to Root

  • Transfer Skin Weights
    Works like a charm, results as expected.

  • Save asset

  • Delete from scene

  • Re-apply saved asset
    Weights have changed in some way.

For example, because I can’t upload an image to this post. Setting up a shirt with changeable sleeves, where the base shirt is closer to a tank top, and the left and right sleeves can be attached.

When first set up and tested, it would move and work properly. Then, when re-applying, the sleeves would no longer line up with the torso section of the shirt. Character Creator, you did so good from the start, why would you change it?
