URGENT : Can export my iclone content.. (watermarked) Even I own 2 licenses!

Hi,

Situation is this, I have a purchased version of CC on one user account /PC.

I had a trial version on another machine which I was using to split the workload. Now when i access the animation in my purchased account created with the trial I have the watermark,

SO In a panic I purchased another License (upgrading the trial) in the hopes that I could re-open and save, then open on the other machine which is setup with Live Link to unreal…

NOW I’m still getting the iclone watermark EVEN THOUGH I own both versions. What gives? I’m not trying to pirate or anything crazy!.

I’m up against a deadline TODAY and really need to know how I can overcome this… Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi,

The trial version is not intended for production work and watermarks will be present on anything saved in that version.

Now you have purchased CC4 you should uninstall the trial version from your computer and then make sure that the two computers only have the licensed versions installed.

All work then done in the licensed versions should not contain a watermark.
