Unity Setup - EyeOcclusion turns "white"

Right after I click “Build Materials”, all is well, it looks GREAT. (top image).

But if I simply restart Unity, the “Std_Eye_Occlusion_[R/L]” material settings change on reload! 100% of the time.

The “Rendering mode” changes from “Fade” to “Opaque”, and Albedo changes from 20% Black Transparent to “100% opaque white”.

Thus after every reload, my eyes end up covered by solid white opaque occlusions.

Has anyone else seen this? It happens 100% of the time for all of my models taken from CC4 to Unity.

I’m using “Basic Materials” (for now), with no features enabled.
