When attempting to download motions from ActorCore, the download panel comes up and shows that the download is waiting in queue, but then later will show as failed.

I just had a try and was able to download from ActorCore without any problems.
As the issue may be related to a certain format or motion, please can you let us know which motion or pack you were trying to download and which export format were you using. Then we can check the issue using the exact same settings. Thanks.
Attempting to narrow down the cause. I’m using the option for “Unity” and checking the box for “Move In Place”. The “Move In Place” appears to be the issue, when I uncheck it, it will allow a download without issue. The pack was the Aerial Fight pack. I did find that you can’t download the pack itself with that box checked, so I went into each individual motion and attempted to download, which is where the issue is. Thanks!
Thanks for explaining more about the problem.
If you are not able to to download the pack or any of the motions with “Move in Place” checked, then it likely that these motions don’t support this option.
However, I will pass your feedback to the ActorCore team to check if there is an issue that needs rectifying. Once I know more I’ll update again.
