Hello, im fairely new at cc4 and iclone. I am struggling with some character issues. I have a few characters from ue4/ue5. The characters are detailed and work. Sort of. The designer did a great job but if i export any of the characters to cc4 and try accurig everything seems to work fine except the hands. The point placements is always in weird spots on the hands, takes me a while to realign them in the proper spot, once i do and finish the rigging everything seems fine. When i do a hands test animation the hands become separated and deformed and looks like some of details on the hands stay stuck in place. It seems like the hand rigging from the creator wasnt done correctly. Is this something i could learn to send to blender, get it rerigged in the hands and resend back to cc4? Or what is the best option for these characters and future ue4/ue5 characters? I prefer everything to go through cc4–>iclone–>live link to unreal for animating. Thank you for your input.

Without seeing the issue it is very difficult to diagnose the cause. Perhaps you can post a screen capture video showing the steps you take and the results you get in CC4 after using AccuRig. This will hopefully show what the problem is. Thanks.
