Hi guys,

FYi;
I have also logged a support call for a permanent fix.
FYI;
Incase anyone has same issue, I Downgraded Version 4 to 4.61 which can Bake G9 textures as a temporary workaround and updated only CC5 to latest to continue to test and learn other new features.
Note that lates CC4 also suffers the same bug.
(Downgrad by clicking Three Dots or Options Kebab menu in HUB program within CC tile > Manage Version)
Thanks for updating with your workaround. This will help others facing the same issue.
Hopefully a permanent fix for the problem can be made available soon.
Thanks for the tip. I can import DAZ 9 characters again! Now Reallusion needs o fix Skin Gen Tools - The UV files for Genesis 9 are missing from SkinGen Premium. - Feedback Tracker
This should be fixed now in the latest version. Please let us know if you still have issues.
Fyi;
If referring to UV issue, it’s okay on my end.
If referring to Daz G9 texture baking, I am still experiencing same error.
@Pete_RL I am currently experiencing the issue of gen9 textures not baking when importing through Transformer. The characters comes in without textures. I am using the latest version of CC5. I have uninstall and reinstall, however the problem persist. Please I need assistance.
Not to take away from your question,
On my end I am on CC 5.06.1410.1
Unfortunately for me, it is having issues. My gen 8 characters come in well textured. It is just gen 9 characters. I believe my export settings are okay. If I just drag them in as fix they come in fully textured. The problem happens when I bring them in through transformer. I am not sure what to do. Attached are my export settings.
Hi cutoffsquid98,
I’m afraid we can’t identify the cause of this issue at the moment.
Could you please send the specific file that is causing the problem so we can test it on our side?
You can send it to this email address: raytsao@reallusion.com.
Thank you for your assistance.
Can confirm the same problem is happening on my system newly installed yesterday. The same happens when using transform and making a cc3 or cc5 character - clothing textures seem to be brought over NOT genesis body maps.
Ive just found out that if you go into skin tools and goto cc5 maps you can at least add some for your figure there. not much use if you want the specific daz maps. but i intend to change the skin upon import into blender anyhow.
