There is no matching profile for the target character cc5 HD

HI

I see people have posted similar to this but i haven’t seen a solution.
I have upgraded the eyes, teeth, lashes. i have refreshed the content browser.

Yet i still get the error - There is no matching profile for the target character cc5 HD

Hi… Please try the following:

  • Open iClone 8 and go to the Content Manager. Click the “Refresh” button to check for updates. Now check for updates to the “Characters” pack or any CC5-related content. Update them if available. Note: Do the same in CC5.

  • If the character has been modified, please make sure the character uses stock HD parts like eyes (included with CC5 HD packs). using non HD parts can cause profile problems.

  • Finally, make sure both CC5 and iClone are updated to the latest versions (check Reallusion Hub to ensure you are up to date.

Thank you, i found 1 pack i missed in the update on cc5. Cheers!
