Texture alignment

I,m having an issue with my textures alignment. When i’m zoomed in and working everything looks correct but when i zoom out you can see that there are white pixels were the arm meets the body. I have checked the UVs and the texture and there is some bleed over but i cant seem to find how to fix this. I didnt care at fist but once i import this into UE5 i can see it there. even more so once you start animating.

Did you paint texture in an external app? Even in closeup I see body and arm are differently shaded. Body is more bluish, or like veins applied substantially more on a body texture than on arms.

But the white seams could be coming from normal maps. Hard to tell without actually looking at the material. Maybe Flip Y check box is selected on one and not on the other.
Otherwise normal maps are hard to fix manually to match the normal tangents at the seams. I usually paint the normal texture edges with neutral normal color (128,128,255) using soft brush in photoshop.
If it’s actually the Base color texture issue, I fix it in 3DCoat with soft clone brush (with 0.1-0.2 transparency) cloning it gently over seam areas.

To be on a safe side also check normals direction in Blender with Face orientation checked in Overlays.

Thank you for this follow up. I did base color in a external app. I did not check the normals. It seem to be coming from the color. In blender the alpha was coming though on the texture vs CC4 it has a solid background. I added a solid in Affinity Photo and it helped but now on the front i have a slight dark edge. When i replace it with the default texture that CC4 adds its fine. So i know its user error. The funny thing is when i change the color map to my new one and save, when i close then open the program back up it reverts to the old ones with the bad edges.
