Hi everyone! I placed an order and when I clicked the “Place Order” button, I saw that I hadn’t selected an item in my cart. Because of this, I received a discount on the wrong item and also paid a couple hundred dollars more. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
Take refund first , explain to support.

@nesstronicgames Yeah, it’s important that you refund fast, otherwise Reallusion might not give you any money back after 14 days.
Make sure they don’t try to stall the process with long waiting times between support ticket responses.
