I’m looking for solutions for CC characters to play Unity animations correctly, as they do not seem to be targeting correctly. Is it possible to strip the bones from a character, create a rig in Blender in order to export to Unity?
Or even, can I import back to CC from Blender with the new rig intact?
When I was trying to use Unity I imported the character into blender and used autorig. The CC4 to Unity pipeline has a lot of issues with animations unfortunately.
AH! So, some validation that this approach works. Any tips you could provide, or is it pretty straight forward?
I’m no expert on blender. I just watched a couple of tutorials on youtube.
