We do apologise for the internal server error that occurs frequently. We did think at one point we had found the cause and eliminated it only for it to start all over again. I can assure you we will continue to try and eliminate this once and for all and hopefully soon.
Regarding slow loading, this isn’t something I have encountered using Microsoft Edge. Everything loads quickly each time. Which browser are you using and have you tried clearing your cache and temporary internet files?
Perhaps others can share their experiences with slow loading so we can see if it is affecting a larger number of users or only those using a specific browser.
It’s slow on an iPhone 16 pro max, on safari. It’s ok on windows on chrome, but still there are times when I click and it takes ages to load. Try reading the UETIPS thread, and try posting a message to it. There are random big delays for me, on both windows 10 chrome and iPhone 6 pro max safari.
