Someone to teach me Cartoon animator (Paid)

Every time I want to do something something goes wrong and it takes days to figure it out.
I’m at my ends trying to figure out this program.
I have a character, I know what I want to do with it but I need help.
It’s a anime style character ( I need to learn how props work, how to fix the head turn. bilking and face expressions.

And no I don’t want for someone to do it for me. I need someone to teach me.
