The installation of CC5 is running very well, but it seems that I need extra help to get the Extra Bonus “HD Human Anatomy Set” after buying the HD Ultimate Morphs & Installing the ActorMIXER Pro.
My Oder mention this: “HD Human Anatomy Set (Redeem Required)”
If someone knows what I can do …

The problem is closed. An information link on the detail order is mentioning the redeem link. So everything is OK with it now. Thank you!
Hi… In Content Manager select Template > Pack > All and the search on Human Anatomy. This should display the pack thumbnail which you should be able to double click to install.

It looks like there is a version mismatch in your system registry or possibly an installation issue.
I would advise first closing CC5 down and then restart your computer and try again. However, if the issue continues, you will need to uninstall CC5 and then perform a clean install. This should resolve the problem.
Note: Do make sure you installing CC5 separately from CC4 if you still have that version installed. Don’t install into the same folder as CC4.
I wish someone told me this earlier… Might explain the issues I’ve been having. Oh well. Complete clean install this weekend…
Just make that you said, and works.
First uninstall, then re install.

I have both HD Ultimate Morphs and ActorMixer Pro and I don’t have any “Human Anatomy” pack in CC5. I went to Template → Pack → searched for “human anatomy” - “human anatomy was not found”

I don’t recall. I just know I have both the HD Ultimate Morphs and AM Pro. The ActorMixer Core Library is very, very basic. I clicked that link and it says the HD Human Anatomy set is $990!! Are you all serious? The wheel also doesn’t allow me to add other characters to it.
Well, in the Content Mgr in CC5, I go to Template → Pack → ActoreMIXER Core Library, it’s empty. When I double click the icon, nothing happens:
@Freshness34 The HD Human Anatomy Set is just valued at $990 but it cannot be purchased separately. It’s an exclusive bonus if you buy certain bundles, for example Actor Mixer Pro and the Ultimate Morphs Bundle.
Maybe you need to check the order confirmation or summary for a redemption link to unlock the missing content and the HD Human Anatomy Set.
Why is my ActorMIXER Core Library empty? There’s nothing in it.
