Could you kindly send us a screen recording of your workflow or, if possible, your project file so we can investigate what may be causing this issue?

We tested the same hairstyle shown in your reference image, and it appears to work correctly on our end.

Hi Freshness34,

After reproducing and investigating the issue, we confirmed that it is not a bug. The ponytail’s position may vary depending on different characters’ heights and size.

You can select the ponytail by itself and move it backward until it aligns properly with the hair. Once adjusted, use the preset animation to confirm that it remains correctly attached, as demonstrated in the video below:
