According to my purchase list, i have skingen premium, but all that’s in hub is a link to the website where you can download a free trial for character creator 5.
But i already have a licence according to the hub, so how do I get skingen?
I have the same question. My add-ons in the hub is completely empty under the CC5 section.

I too am unable to use the premium version of Skingen on CC5. I’m wondering if it’s because I had the CC3 version and needed to upgrade to the CC4 version first?
I just found the link that gave me the cc4 version but is it too late now because the cc5 redeem link that Pete posted shows that plugin needs to be “purchased before August 27, 2025”, and I just now got the cc4 version. But I had the CC3 version since 2020, so I’m wondering if it’s still possible to get the CC5 premium free.
