Seat and Licensing statement confusing

As this is an issue, I post it here. Some time ago, I bought an extra seat for the PopcornFX for iClone 8 plugin. However, when I tried to install on an addtional PC, I get an error saying the the number of seats has been exceeded.

If I go to my account, I can see that I have two seats, where as for some other items I have a single seat. This is already confusing, as a single license allows you installation on two computers, as shown below for the iClone 7 PopcornFX plugin:

As you can see, I have two seats (which is an incorrect term) for the PopcornFX for iClone 8 plugin, but I am not able to install on addtional PCs. There is a popup explaining licenses and seats:

Now this is where I get really confused, it states that a single license grants you permission for use of the software on one computer only.

Before I purchase any addtional seats, I would like some clarification.

Hi…

A single license allows two installs on different computers but only allows usage on one computer only (at a time).

Allowing installation on two computers has always been permitted for convenience, such as when you maybe travel with a laptop but have a desktop setup at home.

In your screenshots above it shows the PopcornFX Plug-in For iClone 8 already has two installs. In this situation you need to click “Details” for the Plug-in and then remove one of the two current activations so you can install it again.

I was afraid of that… So the purchase of additional seats was basically useless for me because I am only a single operator. Given the price of additional seats I think this should be made much clearer.

What I need is the ability to purchase an additional license as I need to install on more that two computers.
