Scroll Wheel not zooming into character

I’ve been having this zoom issue where the scroll wheel which normally zooms forward and backwards moves everything but the character. It’s baked into the file so this occurs every time I want to scroll forward and Backward.

  • Why can’t I zoom into the character?

Just pinging this question. . .Again, I’m having issues with the scroll wheel zooming in and out of the viewport. Even pressing Z doesn’t work. The character stays stationary while everything else (character bounding box and floor grid) zooms. I took video and would like to show the issue but there’s no way on this forum to upload video. Can someone please help?

You would need to post it to YouTube for example and then set it to “Unlisted”.

So is this for one specific character, or all characters? Is this CC5?

It has happened to 2 characters now. I must be pressing a hotkey button or something by accident. It’s really frustrating. Also, I forgot to mention as you can see near the end of my clip, some of the features like the hair and eyeballs disappear. Somehow your characters bones have detached from the body. Go to modify-Adjust bones → Auto position-> Pray.

I’m looking for someone with a solution other than “praying”. while I appreciate you trying to help, I’ve spent about 2k on this company over the past 3 months and it seems no one that represents the company is on here. In fact I posted this question 1 week ago and no one has helped yet. . This is ridiculous.
