RTX Render Beta issue

When I try to load CC5 characters into the RTX Beta, they all get the same error message, accept for the one I uploaded previously. Not sure why that is, so uploading a few I tried that got this same error to see if it duplicatable.

we still don’t have a fix?

I downloaded a new version of the RTX Render for Iclone8. Problem solved…

Hi, Sp3c1alk

Great to hear that! Since we’re still unable to reproduce the issue on our side, we haven’t included it in the release notes.

Now RTX render will not render. It goes to 100% and freezes…

Hi, Sp3c1alk

Can you try to turn off the denoise then render it again?

Yea it works, but it has a LOT of noise. Then I turn it back on and it freezes again and crashes.

Hi, Sp3c1alk

What version of the NVIDIA Studio Driver are you using? Are you using version 610.62 or later ?

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU
Version 592.19.
So I need an update?

Yes. It would be a good idea. Get the latest studio driver for your card. You can use the search option here:

Hi, Sp3c1alk

Your driver version looks like it should work correctly. However, if it’s convenient for you, could you try updating to the latest NVIDIA Studio Driver and see if the issue persists? It might help us gather more clues about what’s causing the problem.

I upgraded it. I done one awesome render. I tweaked it, tried again, and it crashed. Now its not working again. I am going to love this once its stable. But now its just not usable. I also need my god rays, my popcorn fx, and my plants that can use the gardening tool.

Testing is the name of the game. So do keep testing as you are. It’s helpful. It’s not meant for production yet. Beta 2 has volumetric lighting for spot lights. So make sure you are using beta two for your testing.

Hi, Sp3c1alk

Sorry for hear that, can you give us the new dmp file again?

Can you explain the process for resolving the error?
