Hello,
I’m trying to set up live streaming Rokoko Smart Gloves without the suit. Though the hands are unlocked in Rokoko Studio they arrive locked in Iclone. I dont see any option in Motion live to lock or unlock the hands and would have thought this would be done at the source. Does anyone know if this is normal and how to unlock the hands in Iclone 8?

Thank you for responding, I do know that video , there are only 2 videos that I can find that cover the smart gloves only set up and work flow, and they dont include live streaming. I suspect the problem comes from the absence of the suit but I am only guessing. Iclone receives the arm data in the left and right arm track but for some reason it is dormant. I have contacted support thank you, I am still waiting for a response.
While I am waiting can I ask another question that you might have the answer for? I seem to be able to transmit mocap data to a character that already has data in the face and lip track without erasing it but when I export the gloves only mocap clip and import it as an external motion it erases all data in the motion track and returns the character to a T pose. Is there any way to import smart glove data via FBX and not lose the previous animation data?

Unfortunately I don’t have any hands on experience with the Rokoko Smart Gloves so can’t really help answer that question. However, Support should be able to help answer your questions. Hopefully you have heard back from them by now.
