Hi, I’m trying to download the Reset Database Tool referenced in this KB article:

The download link (https://ftp.reallusion.com/reallusionsupport/ResetDB_IC8CC4CC5CTA5.zip) redirects to the Reallusion homepage instead of downloading, both in-browser and via direct HTTPS request (tested with PowerShell’s Invoke-WebRequest, which got a literal “redirecting” response from the server). Direct FTP access on port 21 also times out completely, even through a VPN.
I’ve ruled out anything on my end — DNS resolves fine, tried multiple browsers, disabled antivirus/firewall, tested from a different device/network entirely.
I also noticed other older forum posts linking to this same file and hitting the same homepage redirect, so this looks like it may be broken on Reallusion’s server rather than an isolated issue. I’ve already emailed support@reallusion.com as well.
Could someone confirm if this file still exists, or provide an updated/working link?
