To keep a long story short: I purchased headshot around a month ago. At the time I was told by support that with the 40% off code and email subscription code my price would be $109. I put the codes in to see but didn’t make the purchase. The next day I put them in and they were no longer valid. I bought the product anyway (because I needed it) for $150 and advised support my codes no longer worked and asked if they could refund me the balance. They confirmed that I had not used the codes and they should have been applicable. About 7 support tickets later still no refund. They keep trying to settle with these DA points I don’t have much of an interest in. Am I am the wrong here? Why can’t they just refund the balance as a credit to my card?

I believe there was some confusion initially because there were a number of support tickets opened about the same issue which meant different agents were dealing with it and awaiting replies.
However, I now see the issue appears to be resolved. If you do have any further issues, please get back to Support but do try to keep all replies in the one support ticket. This will speed up the process.
