Dear Developers,
Due to the current popularity of AI technology, many developers have gradually begun to use a lot of AI Art Generators to create their content. Reallusion hereby declares that we will not prohibit the use of AI-Gen, nor encourage the use of AI-Gen to create your content and publish it on the Marketplace. However, if you are a developer using AI-Gen to publish and sell content as your own, you must disclose it on your product page by ticking it in the Developers Backend Management. For details, please refer to General Terms 7 of the Reallusion Content Developer Agreement. Please note that developers need to assume legal authorization on their own. If the content you sell contains the use of AI-Gen and it is not disclosed on your product page, the developer will be responsible for any disputes caused by customers. Reallusion will process in accordance with the provisions of General Terms 7-(9) Customer Service.
In addition, commercial use of AI-Gen for display or demonstration requires a clear understanding of the AI-Gen’s EULA.
