Have windows 10 just bought cc4 upgrade for $99. Can’t get hub to load on my computer so that I can download it. Any suggestions. Already have cc3 on computer, just wanted to upgrade to cc4. Have hub icon/shortcut on desktop, but it will not open when clicked.

If you have an icon for the Hub, try right clicking and select “Run as Administrator”. This may allow it to open.
Also, if you haven’t already, try fully closing down your computer and do a clean restart. This also may help resolve the problem.

Sorry Admin but attempt at opening hub as administrator still did not work, nor did restart. Do you have any other suggestions? Also do I need to be online just to open the hub?
You need to be online and logged in to use the Hub. The purpose of the Hub is to simplify downloading and installing software, so you need to be online.
You could try to uninstall the Hub, download it, and then reinstall and see if that helps.
Yes you need to be online to use the Hub.
