Reallusion Hub Won't Connect To Internet

Me too. Exact same. Diagnostics all fine.

I am also facing the same issue. I just bought iclone8 and character animator 5 but I keep getting this error. I tried everything from turning off firewall and proxy and even switching to phone hotspot but this issue persists

same deal here. any word on what the work around is?

I too am having this exact issue which is super frustrating considering i have an important deadline tomorrow! Absolute nightmare! cannot install anything through the hub at present! I have opened a ticket and i am just waiting on a response!

Hello everyone, I have the same situation.

I have the same problem.

I assembled a new computer and installed Reallusion Hub on it.

When synchronising, the error ‘You are disconnected from the internet right now. Please check your internet connection and try again later’ appears.

I tried to run CC4 on my old computer, CC4 started, but asked for an update for Reallusion Hub. I updated it, and the same situation occurred.

In general, this is most likely some kind of malfunction in Reallusion Hub. All we can do is wait for them to fix the problem.

i have the exact same issue, i tried the suggested steps aswell on their support page but have same error, disconnected from internet . Even though the Network diagnostic tool in the hub says all ok. I have a support ticket open and hope they reply otherwise i feel l’ve wasted my money on the software i cant use.

i got the same issue today too, starting my trail version, cannot even install and see any product to install and start with.

Sorry I read this whole thing and I don’t understand what your workaround was, can you put it into one sentence?

Just chiming in to let others know that they are not alone. I did get a new TV (Samsung QLED), which I use as a monitor, so we share a commonality (a new component), but I am unsure whether “smart” tech would cause a similar issue.

I also reached out to tech support and provided similar info, so I am hopeful that it gets fixed soon. I am in finals week for a degree and am hoping to impress the professor with the use of non-industry-standard software!

cant install my contents like cc5 and other and do not have any access to them,the only think i can see is a blank page on all tabs

I’m having the same issue. The trial version worked, but as soon as I purchased the software, I can’t use it.

Hi everyone

We are really sorry the downtime of the Hub. We are urgently checking the issue to find what caused this. I will update again as soon as more is known.

Workaround was for installing iclone without the hub. Took install file from another pc and ran it on pc I wanted to install it to. I had to have the reallusion hub open and logged in for the install to commence. I found the install file in C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Reallusion\RLDownloads . (Make sure to have [hidden items] shown). It’s unfortunately dependent on having everything installed on another computer.

Seems to be working now… Was able to Repair/Update Omniverse connector…

Looks good now. Thank you for getting on this so quickly, especially since it was a holiday weekend in the States. Appreciated.
