Question about Accurig 2's EULA

1 - Question about Accurig 2’s EULA. My commercial game will have in-game face creation using a proprietary tool, in-game clothing customization that I created myself, and 3D base models created from scratch in Blender. Can I use Accurig 2 to rig base models, or will I be violating the EULA?

2 - If I buy CC4 and only use the tool to add clothing weights to 3D models, considering that 3D models, clothing, and animations will be exported and created in another tool beforehand, would I still be violating the EULA if my game is commercial, has in-game face creation using a proprietary tool, and in-game clothing customization?

Hi…

Providing no Reallusion content whatsoever is being used, and the character is 100% your own, then you can certainly use AccuRig to rig your character for use in your game, including a character generator.

The restrictions regarding character generation or customization systems only applies if you are using Reallusion content. If you are using only your own content then that is obviously fine.
