I purchased a “hair” from the marketplace that ships with different parts and a variety of texture colors. The parts show up always but sometimes the textures refuse to show up as an option, no matter how much i refresh all the places one can refresh. When i first experienced this, simply recalling an avatar that i used the hair and texture colors on would jar CC5 into showing the texture options. This time i get nothing. I prefer the textures that ship with the hair over the modifications i can make in the material editor. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’m not sure if this is the issue you’re facing, but textures won’t show up if you search under the Hair category. You can find them under the Stage category instead.
If they don’t appear in Stage or All, please record a video and send it to raytsao@reallusion.com.

Thanks for replying. In my CC5, i found (with your prompting) that the materials were under “All” … “Stage”… “Material”… “Elegant Twist Low Ponytail” . I have no idea why they moved from where they were originally found when i first purchased them but at least i know now where to find them. Kind of convoluted. Thanks again for the help.
