Purchased Content Not Downloading

Hello, I searched, but couldn’t find this actual issue.

I purchased four items from the Reallusion store this morning, all of which show in my smart content (and in my Account / Order History).

Three of the four items downloaded fine. But the fourth item, PRHair_Shaved won’t download. The Installing List shows that it is downloading 306MB and is at 0 of 5 files.

But that’s all that happens. The download never progresses. I’ve tried in CC5, CC4, IC8, all are the newest versions, updated in the last couple of days and it is the same in all three.

I wanted to use this hair in a current project, so if anyone can help, it would be great. Thanks.

Sorry to hear you have run into problems with your content purchase.

As PRHair_Shaved is not a Reallusion product, please can you contact the vendor (Vit3D) directly from the Marketplace product page. They should then be able to check the problem, and if necessary upload a working version for you.

However, if you are unable to get assistance from the vendor, please contact Reallusion Support and they will try to assist you.
