Problem creating character from 3d model

Following Instructions from Manual after cteating images in Iclone 8 from my imported character next step is to open AI studio and select "Create Character ’ which should all the prepared images into Studio. In studio however My Create button is greyed out . In the main pane messge says “pending”'.
I’ve tried few things , restart Iclone [ 4 times ]and repeat procedure. Restarted computer etc.

ALSO during the image preparation the manual instructs to modify the transform settings - presumably to the positions illustrated.
Modify Panel : Adjust the Transform settings.

Wondering why this step is necessary as without it the images seem to generate ok.

Any thoughts /advice on the above will be appreciated thanks.

Please make sure to generate the images needed to create the character first. I think you did that step. So the important next step that is easy to miss is to send all the images from iClone to AI Studio. See 4:25 in this video for the toolbar button to do so.

Yes that was the problem - The create button is EASILY missed -maybe it should be somewhere else. Thank you for your response .
Also I made no adjustments to the XYZ position parameters as suggested in the manual and render was fine so I think this step can be ignored.
