Anyone have the problem downloading motions bought in actorecore? No issues with props. But with motions iclone crashes

The ActorCore motions should just appear in Content Manager after purchase.
Can you tell us when the crashing occurs? Is it when applying the motions to characters, or does it crash when you view the motions in Content Manager.

It occurs when I click to download. I freezes and then IClone crashes…
But I think only the Hand to Hand Combat motions because I can download other items
Another example (bought to test) another motion that it downloads successfully
I still have problems to download these motions. Is there any other way to bring these to IClone. Only occurs with the Hand to Hand combat.

If you are still having problems getting your purchased content into iClone, then please contact Customer Support. They should be able to check what the issue is with this particular pack and help you get your content.
