I bought Popcorn Effects after iClone 8 got a Personal version, but it keeps saying I need to buy a license to install the effects through the HUB.
Is there something I can do?

Could you please confirm that you purchased PopcornFX using the same Reallusion account you are signed in to through Reallusion Hub? You’ll need to use the same account to install PopcornFX. It should also work with iClone 8 Personal.
If you’re still unable to install it, please record your installation process so we can see what’s happening. You can send the recording to winnerhung@reallusion.com or share a Google Drive link with us.

I have one account (the one with the doggo image), and here are pictures of the install in the HUB and a pic of the proof of purchase.

After checking with our team, we can confirm that the licensed version of PopcornFX can be used with a licensed edition of iClone 8, but not with iClone 8 Personal.
Alternatively, you may use the trial version of PopcornFX with iClone 8 Personal.
